Meetings

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings begin promptly at 7:30 PM.

All active members of the association must attend a minimum of THREE (3) regular meetings.

Members on SUSPENSION or PROBATION must attend FOUR (4) regular meetings.

Examples:

Baseball or Softball only:

You need to attend an Interpretation Meeting, a Mechanics Meeting and ONE other meeting...3 meetings

Dual Members:

You need to attend an Interpretation Meeting and a Mechanics Meeting in each sport...4 meetings

IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, CHECK YOUR E-MAIL OR BCUA WEBSITE FOR NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION.

Letters of explanation for failure to fulfill this obligation will be considered only if received by the Attendance Committee, no later than 15 days after the missed meeting. Acceptance of the explanation shall be at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee.

Members on SUSPENSION may not officiate any State or County tournament games.
